Metal roofing has proved for decades to be a very long lasting and reliable roofing material. Our metal roofing material is manufactured locally by a company who has done many years of testing and experimenting to find a product that will be keep your home safe from the elements while having a very attractive and symetrical appearence. Since 1997, Everlast Roofing, Inc. has been driven to manufacture the most innovative and finest quality metal building components in the roofing industry. Their determination to utilizing state-of-the-art technology resulted in the development of their Evercure process. This process encompasses their G100* Heat Formed* panel, with their Cut Edge Corrosion Inhibitor (CECI*) enhancement. They have mastered the process of Heat Forming* by heating the metal coil prior to forming the panel profile. This has the proven benefits of preventing microscopic cracking and peeling of paint, and reducing the risk of surface and edge corrosion.

Pre painted metal roofs are typically installed over existing roof substract but can be removed upon request and in some cases must be removed. We install Shield Premium Roofing Underlayment with rubber-modified polyolefin coating (Class A fire rated under ASTM E1098/UL790) underneath all metal roofing materials.

There are two major profiles in the roofing industry. The first one is the Everlast II Traditional panel which is 38″ wide and provides 36″ of coverage. The major ribs are 9″ apart and approximately 3/4″ high with two minor ribs in between that are a full 3/16″ high. A stiffener is added to all major ribs which along with the superior thickness of the steel makes this panel extremely strong. This not only adds considerable durability to your building but also prevents rippling during the construction process. Its is fastened by exposed color coded fasteners which have neoprene washers are guaranteed not to leak.

The second Profile is the Everlast Everseam Standing Seam which is 19.5* wide with a 1 1/2* high seam. The integral locking seam is held in place by concealed metal clips, and is installed over a clean solid substrate. The absence of exposed fasteners and the weather-tight side lap, allow for applications on roof pitches as low as a 3:12. The Everseam* panel has the elegant look of a traditional style standing seam roof, with the strength and durability of high strength 24-gauge steel manufactured in the USA.We encourage you to visit www.everlastroofing.com for more info on our materials.
